So for Chelsea's graduation party she wanted to go to Seaside with all her sisters, isnt that awesome? How many peeps do you know at 18 that wanna hang out with their sisters instead of friends? Thats cus Chelseas Awesome!! So we all planned a girl getaway to Seaside for a whole week right after she graduated. We stayed at my parents timeshare resort, which was sooo nice, had a pool and hot tub and was literally on the beach. And even better was the weather! It never rained and was partly sunny all week. We had a blast! It was Mandi, Me, Jennie, Kimi (our new sister in law married to eldon this last october who now lives in hillsborough OR) and of course Chelsea. We left sunday night and stayed until friday. We just hung out and relaxed and basically did whatever we fancied.
We each painted each others toes, went to breakfast, went window shopping where we all bought a sweatshirt.....oh how I miss sweatshirts and WA cloudy weather.......played around in a fun hat shop......watched movies, made meals, we played softball and a 3 hour game of volleyball, had a bonfire with hotdogs and smores, went to cannon beach and built a sand temple and had lunch on the beach, traveled down to tillamook Cheese factory and stopped at all kinds of lookouts on the way down, went to the aquarium, got salt water taffy.....etc, it was a lot of fun, and to was great to have no schedule to go by. Mean while Grandma was watching all 5 of the grandkids, two of which are still babies.....she said she had fun with em and thoroughly enjoyed it. And of course Kyren didnt even miss me, he waved goodbye and my mom said he was great, didnt cry, wasnt whiny and just wondered around the house.
We had a bubble fight after the bonfire cuz all our feet were freezing, but the jets in the tub kinda sent the bubbles crazy.
